Frequently
Asked
Questions
What is FleXOne?
FleXOne is FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore's all-in-one print subscription for small and medium enterprises. One monthly fee covers your print hardware, unlimited mono printing*, colour print allocation, paper restocking, proactive toner monitoring, onsite hardware support, and PC IT support — all on a flexible 12, 24, or 36-month commitment.
How is FleXOne different from a traditional printer lease?
A traditional print hardware lease typically locks you in for 60 months and only covers the hardware. FleXOne offers shorter 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms and bundles print supplies, paper, hardware servicing, and remote PC IT support into a single predictable monthly fee — replacing multiple vendor relationships and unpredictable ad-hoc costs.
Who is FleXOne designed for?
FleXOne is built for Singapore SMEs who depend on print as part of daily operations, have limited IT resources, and want to avoid long-term capital commitments. It's especially relevant for businesses that are currently on an expiring or overdue device lease who may want to switch away from 5-year leases in favour of a more flexible (as short as 12 months) and accessible subscription model for their print needs.
What are the three FleXOne plans?
FleXOne comes in three tiers: LITE (entry-level, suited for lighter print volumes and smaller teams), STANDARD (mid-range, for growing teams needing more colour prints and IT coverage), and PRO (comprehensive, for higher-volume operations requiring maximum colour allocation, frequent paper restocking, and broader IT endpoint coverage).
What commitment periods are available?
You can subscribe for 12, 24, or 36 months. Longer commitments come with lower monthly fees. All terms are significantly shorter than a standard 60-month hardware lease.
How do I get started?
You can get started by clicking 'Subscribe Now' on any plan page, or by reaching out to your FUJIFILM Account Manager directly. You can select your desired plan tier, tenure, and hardware options. A FUJIFILM representative will get in touch with you to address any clarifications you may have, guide you towards contract signing, and scheduling an installation date at your convenience.
Is FleXOne available outside Singapore?
FleXOne is currently available exclusively in Singapore. If you are based outside Singapore and are interested in a similar offering, please contact your local FUJIFILM Business Innovation office.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?
No. You can only upgrade or change your plan at the end of your subscription period. If you wish to add allocations or services into your existing plan, you can speak with your FUJIFILM account manager to discuss options available.
What happens when my subscription ends?
At the end of your commitment period, you can renew your subscription (with the option to upgrade your plan or device), transition to a new term, or return the hardware. Your account manager will reach out ahead of your renewal date. If you wish to continue with your existing plan, it will auto-renew on a monthly basis.
