What determines my monthly subscription fee?
Your monthly fee is determined by three factors: (1) the plan tier you select (LITE, STANDARD, or PRO), which sets your feature inclusions; (2) the device model you choose, which informs your base hardware; and (3) the commitment period (12, 24, or 36 months).
Why is a 36-month subscription cheaper per month than a 12-month one?
Longer commitment periods spread the hardware and operational costs over more months. A 12-month subscription provides maximum flexibility but at a higher per-month cost. The 36-month option delivers the best value if your print needs are stable.
Your FUJIFILM Account Manager will help you determine what works best for you, but if you're unsure of how your printing requirements might evolve in the short term, it's best to start with a 12- or 24-month subscription.
Are there any setup or upfront fees?
No. Your subscription fee covers device deployment, onboarding, and all included services from day one.
Are the prices shown inclusive of GST?
Prices displayed are subject to prevailing Singapore GST. Your final contract and invoice will reflect the applicable GST rate.
Can I switch to a different tenure mid-subscription?
Tenures are locked in at the time of subscription and can only be changed upon renewal. Please reach out to your FUJIFILM Account Manager for assistance if your printing needs have significantly changed.
What happens if I need to cancel early?
Early termination is subject to an early cancellation fee. As FleXOne involves hardware deployment and service commitments, early termination will be subject to cancellation fees. For more information, please reach out to your FUJIFILM Account Manager.
If you are unsure of your print requirements, we recommend a shorter tenure (12-month or 24-month) for maximum flexibility.
Can I subscribe to FleXOne for multiple devices?
Yes. Businesses needing more than one device can subscribe to multiple FleXOne subscription plans. There are no volume discounts available for FleXOne plans.
Will my monthly fee change during my subscription term?
No. Your monthly subscription fee is fixed for the duration of your committed term. The price you sign up for is the price you pay — no mid-term increases, no hidden costs.
How do I pay for my FleXOne subscription?
FleXOne is billed monthly. You will receive one invoice covering all hardware, supplies, and support inclusions.
